Inconsistent release naming #1338

Currently the releases on github are named in various ways.
It would be nice to have a consistent pattern there so that programms would be able to grab data from the releases.

I suggest a pattern like v1.0, v1.1.

That's already the case: https://github.com/Etar-Group/Etar-Calendar/tags (older versions had a different scheme).
