As now, dark theme isn't really black, but a bit gray. This isn't optimal for amoled displays, as these use far less energy when most pixels are deep black.

I want to second AlbertoDiazC's wish. Furthermore I'd like to have more contrast in the "read item" colors. Grey on dark grey is hardly readable, while contrast and brightness are ok for every app on my phone -- except sparss' read items. I filed an issue for this with flym, but its tracker seems gone.

Fixed in the Experimental branch
Now using pure black color as background (for both app and articles).
Let me now if there are still some wrong color used.
