The previous bug fix is buggy, I found lots of bugs, then I fix them. It's Wednesday as usual, folks!

Changes:

• Fixed crashing when excluded app list is empty/when the launcher is first run.
• Fixed disappearing 'restore all' menu.
• Improved performance when changing preferences in settings.
• App installation/uninstallation listener should be working again now.

This is a quick retcon, yeah.
