Fix various issues with beam weapons in naval engagements #5447

Related to: #4067 , #5442 #5443 #5441 #5444

There were common used naval that were able to frequently evade beam weapons. We fixed these issues by moving around the target bones (or: removing them) and / or by increasing the collision box.

Torpedo's can also no longer negate beam weapons, they now ignore beam weapons.
