v1.8 - Compatibility with new FG update and more complete round advancement option
- Now compatible with new Feb 16th FG ruleset changes/updates.
- Short/long rest buttons now decrement remaining rounds as the hours / minutes buttons normally do.
- Expiring effects will now be listed in chat as previously it was easy not to notice the effects disappearing.
- New option added to options list. "Quick Mode" is the same as behavior in v1.7. "Full Process" runs the FG default "addRounds" function repeatedly to advance time. The benefit of Full Process is natural behavior of FHEAL, REGEN, DMGO, etc. The downside of Full Process is that it is very slow and will hang FG for a long time if you are advancing time by a large amount (such as 8 hours).

- Remove debug command that was posting diagnostic message to chat.
- Post new time to chat when rounds reach 10 and advance time 1 minute.
- Change default round count to zero (helps reduce missing seconds and facilitates auto-flat-footed option).
