This is the final release from the 2017 Steamworks competition season.
In this release:
-Fixed values for vision to center on two pieces of retro reflective tape

-Vision has been implemented into each auto for gear placement
-Vision has been added to teleop in order for easier lining up capabilities for gear placement
-Modulated vision interpretation code that can be used for a variety of situations (fuel and or gear in this instance)
-Further commenting throughout codebase
PNW District Championship
Since the last release we have developed several autonomous codes. Although they failed at competition, the framework remains to be debugged.
This release features more competition driven updates to the different autos as well some minor tweaks to the teleop code in relation to vision processing.
