avoid components near edge on back of pcb #20

We can actually easily expand the outline of the board by a couple of mm on
most sides as there isn't 3mm edges past the pins.
It was squished down to the minimum possible around the connectors so going
up to "connector profile +3mm" is a negligible size increase.

Not a big deal, but if it's easy to add a keepout there, rework will be
easier in the future.

Actually after a quick look, removing the flybacks allows that side to get 1mm narrower and the far side can be made 1.5mm wider. |
Lowside moved up and adjusted the board so there is a 3mm margin on each side |

U23 is nearly touching the bottom edge on the back - most PCB rework stations need ~3mm clear on the edges of the board on the back side.
