Turn Intro page index into links #49

Need to go through and turn all those index values into links to their respective pages as well as check they are in the correct order and named to match the pages.

some are not in the right order, do we fix the wiki or the intro page?

We maybe worry about it after the wiki order is settled and we have enough content to be fully functional.
