Face recognition system software is based on the ability to recognize faces. Actors and Actresses (A&A) Face Recognition System is a desktop based application. This application will identify the actors or actresses based on their facial features using LBPH and Haar Cascade algorithm. This system is developed to make it easier for the public to identify actors and actresses. The target users for A&A Face Recognition includes people with wide age range, basically anyone who owns a personal computer or a desktop with a working webcam. A working webcam is needed to detect the actor or actress. After the user provided a sample to be detected, the downsampling process will take place and the sample will be matched with the face database and will be recognized.
