Invite Hikari

1. Fork or Clone this repo.

2. Install all requirements in requirements.txt (I recommend a venv)

3. Setup a PostgreSQL Database and Import the hikaridb.psql file

4. Create a MongoDB Database for Prefixes on MongoDB Atlas

5. Fill out data\config.json
