IMO chocolatey is the best way to install Ruby and I'd like to change our recommended method to point to the Chocolatey package. We could also keep the existing recommendation in as the recommendation for anyone who doesn't want or isn't able (e.g. in some silly corporate environment) to use Chocolatey.

Thoughts?

I also think we should state that building with rake is not only the simplest way to build but also replicates what happens on the CI server and is a good indicator that a pull request will build.
