Add LangChain tutorial

This PR adds documentation for using PettingZoo with Langchain agents, mirroring the tutorial on LangChain's documentation (thanks to Michael Chang) https://python.langchain.com/en/latest/use_cases/agent_simulations/petting_zoo.html
