Doesn't include unit tests because the Saturn emulator requires a BIOS file that can't be commited to a public repo (same issue as for roms)

Trained a CNN model with PPO on VirtuaFighter2 using stable-baselines3

Must be placed in /retro/cores. I will update the docs in another commit (along with instructions for BIOS)
