  1. Parallelize path finding with multiprocessing. 

    Unfortunately, starting up processes is slow because of the amount of data
I'm passing (the FT object) so it takes ~30 min to start up 16 processes
(followed by 30 seconds to process 200 passengers).  Next step: try to reduce that...

  2. It's faster to just re-read network supply rather than pass it to sub…
