Depends on: #3656

  • Enable the Instance tabs to be draggable to change the frawer's height
  • Add a middle collapse button
  • The drawer back button should open the editor only in the current page (avoid multiple NR WS connections from multiple tabs)

Implement the grabbable button shown here in the designs:
