Good. This executable starts and works successfully on Win XP. Thanks for your perseverance !. Also it is good to recall that XP executable run successfully on Win 7 and 10 (but not the reverse). |

Cool. Just had an opportunity to successfully test it on win7. It'll probably run on 10 as well. |

Originating from the discussion started in #380, here's another attempt to deliver WinXP compatible CI builds of fluidsynth. Trying to avoid any runtime dependency on *CRT*.dll by linking it statically.
