This will add a CircleCI build for the Android stuff, and a badge for that to the Readme. Also fixed a bug in compiling the Oboe driver :) The build will package all the various ABI .so files into the developer-facing artifact
android-dist.zip. Devs can then use these along with FluidSynth headers in native apps.You can see how this build works on my forked version of this repo: falrm#5
A FluidSynth administrator should enable CircleCI on this repo before merging. No other changes or configuration should be needed (the config.yml does it all).
