1.12.2 Stand Still for 0 Seconds, warmup not removeable

Greetings, ive encountered a bug i think.

On Version 1.12.2-12.3.60 iam not able to remove the warmup of an teleport or for the /afk command. i already set the permissions correctly with the commands.

/p group ALL fe.afk.warmup 0
/p group ALL fe.teleport.warmup 0

but if i write in chat now as non OP Player with guest group,/afk, there is in chat the following message "Please stand still for 0 seconds" so mainly the warmup message.

How do i prevent that or fully disable the warmup to take affect instantly?
