Both google plus icons are showing as digg, but I can't even find a code for digg.

Have checked the cheat sheet and it says the code should be as follows:-

"icon-google-plus-sign ()" "icon-google-plus ()"

Have checked the css file for my site, but each time I get digg.

Can't actually find a digg icon on the cheat sheet.

Is it me, or something borked?

since there isn't a digg icon, http://fontawesome.io/icon/google-plus/ and http://fontawesome.io/icon/google-plus-sign/ are both fine this is a probably an issue of yours.

Please check the following things:

  1. You have not a modfied version of fontawesome installed on your system
  2. Your css and your fonts are up to date (if you are serving fontawesome from your own server
  3. Your css is up to date (if you are using fontawesome from a cdn)
  4. You are not using plugins that load an older/modified version of fontawesome icon-compass broken in firefox 16.0.2 mac #1546

Thanks Tagliala,

I'm afraid I know just enough to get myself into lots of trouble. :)

The fact is I'm using a new template for html5 - responsive design, and frankly it's driving me nuts. I checked the css files and the &code all seems okay, but I'm still getting diggety digg. It is possible that there is an issue with the version of fontawesome, so I will contact the template creator.

Thanks for your help.

:)

you can clear the cache, open the chrome console and refresh the page to check if multiple versions of the file/css are being loaded
