New bower.json will break many build systems

Reiterating my comment - if devs want to use less or scss files, that should be their perogative, but the default setup for FA's bower.json should be pure CSS and not assume any processing will take place.

If people want to use SCSS or LESS and compile some customizations into FA, then overrides are appropriate. With this new bower.json, overrides will be required for the vast majority of FA users.

Ahh nevermind, I guess there is current chaos in the wiredep/bower ecosystem and we're getting a new files array to take the place of main? Gah what a mess, not sure this was the best way to "fix" it. And yeah now I know this is not the place to air those grievances, just following the spec.
