Deferred follow (to avoid follow notifications)

Sometimes I would like to follow a channel that has follower notifications without attracting attention. It can be difficult to remember to follow the channel later once it has gone offline, especially if I don't watch the stream to the end.

Describe the solution you'd like
A deferred follow operation. When I deferred-follow a channel, FFZ will watch for when the channel goes offline, whether or not I have since gone elsewhere on Twitch, and will follow the channel once it is observed to be offline.

It would be nice if channels with a pending deferred follow (which, by definition, are still live) are injected into the "Live Channels You Follow" view.

Describe alternatives you've considered
All else I can think of involves maintaining a to-follow list by hand or some other external means, which can be cumbersome.
