Lets not waste too much time in exploring the vagaries of soundex codes and
what they do at this point in time. REG1 and REG2 will likely perform inn
the same manner. If they do not then it is worth exploring.
Remember Soundex converts all entries to a 4 letter code excluding vowels
so we can get some very strange matches.
