MinMicroG Installer v2.9

Update for some minor fixes.

Changelog:

• Update MicroG
• Add proper Android 11 support in standard (we have @naveenjohnsonv to thank for this!)
• Fix problems with addon.d and init scripts

Certificates for selfbuilding attached.

If you are not able to grant some permissions to microG (background location or recieving SMS), refer to the the troubleshooting section of install.md

Also, just in case it needs to be said, all of the APKs included are with upstream signatures. They can simply be updated from any FDroid client with the main, microG and nanodroid repositories, without requiring an updated zip.
