Same problem on windows 10 and 8.

Solved by disabling driver signing enforcement on windows 10.
I have no idea why it doesn't say that that's the issue.

My Norton Security is blocking the driver indicating a Heuristic Virus file with high risk.

You must disabling driver signing first. I having the question but when i disabling the driver signing , the driver install complete. You can see this page to disabling driver signing -- https://jingyan.baidu.com/article/624e74594dbc8d34e8ba5aa6.html

I am able to install the driver by disabling the driver signing following the tip above.
However, after driver installation, when I check the Microphone Array Control Panel, it shows 'No devices connected'. The driver is successfully installed but it's not really working. When you open the Device Manager you can see ReSpeaker MicArray is not working properly.

check if you have admin access or not and install again, if you can not find any new device in Device Manager, please check your USB wire and USB PORT. Also, try with another usb wire and port

Hi, Fuhua,
I installed the latest driver(1017 zip file) you uploaded, now it's working.
Driver installed without issue, and device manager shows it's working properly.

I still have one question.
When I tried the mic array with a recording software, there are only 2 mic channels available, how can I access all 6 mics?

Thanks,

which version of the firmware is used?0X8* (XVSM version)are not support multi channels and is the recording sorfware support multi channels? You can try with Audacity.

Thanks for the tip. I updated the firmware and now multiple channels are available.
Seems it only supports sampling rate of 8kHz, I saw from documentation that higher sampling rates are supported, but it's not the case with this windows driver.
Another issue I found is one of the channels(No.6) is defective, its output is high level white noise.
I tested with multi channel recording software. Another user also reported same issue in the product reviews. Wonder if this is a software issue or hardware issue. Please let us know if you know something.
Thanks.

please try to remove C87, C94, C101, C103, C104, C105, C106. Or remove the cap only which is belong to the clock of NO.6 channel. we find that the cap accuracy will get change and make the clock different as time goes on.
