When no DOI is given in a reference, an empty RelatedIdentifier entry is included. This creates an error at registration.
Could this be filtered?

When no relatedIdentfier has been provided, no XML entry should be created and a warning with the relevant information should be forwarded to the admin.

Also requires changes in the libgin library.
