[NIX validation] Broken NIX file leads to validation abort #106

A NIX file that cannot be opened leads to an abort of the whole validation and files the validation as failure.

If a file cannot be opened, the validation should file this as a validation error and continue with the validation of further nix files.

When a NIX file cannot be opened, the occurrence is
logged as a validation error and the validation continues
with the next NIX file.
