Recreate the design given in the below url.

This project solely exists to test your CSS skills.
CSS transitions will have bonus marks.
Javascript animations don’t carry any weightage.
Bonus marks for responsive design without responsive CSS frameworks (Ex. Bootstrap).
Negative marks for unresponsive design.
