When an EFS restore happens, it causes a duplicate ckan core. This first fix just deletes the restored core since we think the original core may still be functional
One script to remove all backups; One script to restore the backup; One script to unite all common elements
…into solr-backup-script
Completely torch old data and then move nrestored data to the correct location
backup will be in /var/solr/data
