• APIS-2517: Update Readme for graphql repo

The fork of the graphql repo's readme is out of date now that we are using it internally and not PRing back to the parent branch.

Things that need to be addressed:
 * Is the CONTRIBUTING document still accurate?
 * Does the license align with Gannett’s licensing requirements for open source? Can we even change the license
 * Godoc reference link in readme is incorrect
 * If we don’t already we also might want the same description of what we do that is different, in our godocs/package comment
 * Review build and coverage buttons and either update or remove them

 * Review entire readme to determine if other changes need to be made
