Describe the bug
There are unsplash-images on start screen, which differs from language to language. It is great, that this featuere is implemented. But the Pictures should not differ!

Sometimes there is no picture available in some languages. Examples in Pictures.

Maybe only the english description should be used for searching on unsplashed.

Examples:
FR:
fr
EN:
en
DE (no picture for "Kontinent" available):
de
