Aywa Core 0.1.2.3-rc2 announcement

Fixed some masternode and control masternode wallet issues.
Improved stability for MacOS X.
Added "Junk Proposal" button to remove uninformative proposals from blockchain.
Minor GUI improvements.

Masternode update process:

1. replace files aywad, aywa-cli with new ones
2. restart wallet: ./aywa-cli stop && ./aywad&

Wallet update guide:

1. Stop (close) wallet (aywa-qt) app.
2. Replace aywa-qt file or install new version for Windows/Mac.
3. Remove 'mncache.dat' file from datadir.
4. Start wallet.

Known issues:

1. Win32 AywaCore Qt available cores value not correct.
2. MacOS AywaCore or aywa can have an unexpected shutdown. Use DebugConsole 'smsgdeisable' for a workaround.
3. MacOS can require install dependencies: /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" && brew install berkeley-db4 libtool boost miniupnpc openssl pkg-config protobuf libevent qt
