Aywa Core 0.1.2.3-rc2 announcement

Fixed some masternode and control masternode wallet issues.
Improved stability for MacOS X.
Added "Junk Proposal" button to remove uninformative proposals from blockchain.
Minor GUI improvements.

Masternode update process:

1. replace files aywad, aywa-cli with new ones
2. restart wallet: ./aywa-cli stop && ./aywad&

Wallet update guide:

1. Stop (close) wallet (aywa-qt) app.
2. Replace aywa-qt file or install new version for Windows/Mac.
3. Remove 'mncache.dat' file from datadir.
4. Start wallet.
