Holograms Not Appearing To Bedrock Players

Describe the bug

Good day, I was advised to download the dev build of Holographic Displays and have the newest geyser applied. After doing so, my bedrock players are still unable to see the holograms. This server is on 1.19.4 and all plugins are up to date as well.

To Reproduce

1. Install Holographic Displays 3.0.2 SNAPSHOT
2. Install Newest Geyser Build
3. Create Hologram
4. Join From Bedrock and the hologram doesn't appear

Expected behaviour

Hologram to appear to Bedrock players

Can you please provide more context, hologram setup ( lines - text - icons? )
tried latest Geyser and Holographic Displays and it works for me.

I believe this issue is with only some devices. I’ve heard reports of them appearing to others. But they still don’t appear to me when using mcpe. I kinda just gave up solving it cause it seems to only happen to certain people and I couldn’t figure out why. Cause my mcpe is fully up to date

Would you mind providing me the Phone brand and type? also i assume you are using the default Minecraft Bedrock vanilla client?

Can you provide me a yaml block of a hologram that's not visable for you? Also maybe try to reinstall the client? Just tried with my iPhone (11) and works on my phone fine.

I guess my first question would be, could this be caused due to global linking? I do share my account between mcpe and my laptop for server work purposes. Never thought this could affect it till now, not sure

No this should not be the case as i was linked at the time of the printscreen. What you could try first is try to reinstall minecraft on your mobile device. but im thinking that another plugin could be responsible for your issue.
To test this you could do some plugin debugging;

If you have a possible plugin interfering with Geyser or Floodgate, follow these steps to find the culprit plugin:

• Temporarily remove/move half of your plugins from your server's plugins folder.
• If the problem persists, remove another half.
• If the problem goes away, swap that half of your plugins with the other half.
• Keep repeating this pattern, this time with the half that exhibits the problem, until you find your problematic plugin.
