This is the reaper addon.
Monitors packets to capture exact tods of monitored monsters (adamantoise, behemoth, cerberus, fafnir, hydra, jormungand, khimaira, tiamat, vrtra) + hq. Relay automatically the tod to the broadcaster as a Giko command (set-tod).
