[GSK-2655] Add avid labels to huggingface markdown template and remove unused columns

Description

Add AVID labels to huggingface markdown template and upgrade the issue table with fewer columns. To make it clear and concise, we remove the vulnerability column (redundant) and the transformation column (not used).
