Add dataurl images in .md files.
Currently, gist is unable to present images with dataurl src. Gisto can show them, but some conversion mechanism need to be implemented.

It doesn't seem possible yet to make images to display on gist.github.com unless they are:

  • pushed via git
  • uploaded to some image hosting service

Need to check more options
