Need to set a folder "CDL" in the build process with the command grunt server:dist

URL production.
http://gizra.github.io/CDL/

URL test dist locally.
http://127.0.0.1:9000/CDL/

Closing in favor of #27, as we don't need to add a directory, Jekyll takes care of it for us with {{BASE_PATH}}
