This Supply Chain Analysis project aimed to optimize operational efficiency by examining and improving various components of the supply chain. The geographical comprehensive analysis covered the end-to-end processes, from raw material sourcing to product delivery, with the ultimate goal of reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
