One suggestion. Since most users will run this from GKE using Google Cloud Shell, many will run into "No Space Left on Device Error". So, if the main README.md file can specify that the command skaffold run -p gcb to use Google Cloud Container Builder, it'll save time and frustration from users to figure it out.

Also, please include that Google Cloud Container Build API needs to be enabled in README.md
