As per A47, a new field called
client_listener_resource_templatehas been added to theauthoritiesfield.In a C2P directPath use case we want the
C2PAuthorityto include aclient_listener_resource_templatewith the new xdstp style name. The Url to be used has been referenced from here.Also modifying existing unit test.
