Designing a form to capture new datasets

What are the questions our web form should ask those wanting to add a dataset to our collection?

  1. Who published this? (Dropdown, with free text option)
  2. What is it called? (free text)
  3. Is it already listed on data.govt.nz? (Yes/No with a link to the data.govt.nz search page https://data.govt.nz/solr-search/goSearch?search=)
  4. Rest of the fields necessary to fill out a data.govt.nz page (skipped if already on there)
  5. Years to which this data apply? Most recent update?
  6. Tags? Categories? What other value can we add here?
