Graph delete button doesn't work

On the dashboard edit page, there's a "delete" button for each graph. Clicking this brings you to a blank page and the graph doesn't actually get deleted.

Its fixed in the next commit. Should be committed this evening.

Fyi, just realized its the same case for dashboards. Will fix that as well.
