Missing page for the development or Alpha version of SCI

  {The READMe file refers to the development version of SCI. However, the link gives an error (404 - page not found). It is the same in the blog that introduces the alpha version of SCI. Can someone please redirect me to the correct version of SCI and the guide on using it in an individual software project?}
