First release of FarCry2_trainer with starter pack of mod options

Supported modifications:

"Make silent": set MuzzleStims and ImpactStims to zero
"Make primary": overwrite selCategory
"Make secondary": overwrite selCategory
"Make special": overwrite selCategory
"Make dart rifle sound": overwrite sound hash for current weapon
"Remove spread": enable bUseAngleSpread and set angles to zero
"Make climber": set fMaxSlope tags to 90 degrees
"Make respawn": allow respawning gold AK-47's
"Unlock weapons": allow purchase of all weapons from beginning
"Unlock equipment": allow purchase of all equipment from beginning
"Set manual cost to 1": set diamond cost to 1 each
"Remove malaria": no more malaria attacks, scripted attacked still occur
"Unlimited sprint": you can sprint more than 3 steps now
