All wiki/ top level documents are converted from HTML to GFM (Git Flavored Markdown)
Contributors folder and its contents are deleted. All references to contributors are now simply links to the GitHub profiles if I could map them, else to their CodePlex or other original profile pages.
Only a few sublevel documents remain to be converted. Those are archival documents pulled in by the original migration automation. These are pretty much scrambled; and it is better to link to their source or copy/paste or PDF the content.
All the top level markdown documents have standard header and footer. Archive level markdown documents need to be ../ relatively adjusted.
I created a new fork for this pull request. no merge conflicts are expected.
