These lists are used as a lookup table in the engine, so being able to assign an arbitrary sequence is especially useful. Also fix the copypasta error in the getset definition.
These enum values are actually not stored in Plasma's plPhysicalSndGroup but rather in the Max plugin's physical sound component.

plPhysicalSndGroup's key lists are used as a lookup table in Plasma, so this adds the ability to assign arbitrary sequences to them. Also fixes a copy pasta error in the getset definition and adds the real surface group types used by Cyan to the enum.
