Bugfix release

Fixes a few bugs and should be the last release before the collaborative reading version.

Version with Tags

• Command - T to tag paragraphs or whole documents (depending on current selection)
• It is now possible to search for a given tag using #tag:taxText (this searches for a tag called tagText) (both from within and outside PeyeDF)
