macdeploy: Use rsvg-convert rather than cairosvg
… for OS X (biplist module)
It is unneeded after the last toolchain update, and missing from Trusty.

This includes updates necessary for using trusty with gitian, as well as some updates to the mac deployment process.
Trusty (and it's newer version of gcc) are required for compiling with proposed changes to the wallet's internal miner. Previous pull requests #77 and #80 have already implemented the required toolchain updates for Travis and mac builds.
