How to submit changes

• Propose a new issue

1. Before submit your changes, please first discuss the change you wish to make via issue with the repository owners. This issue will have a status: first issue label applied.
2. Once one of repository owners has approved the issue by removing the status: first issue label and applying status: ready for dev label, you may start work on code.
