Microham errors occurring with JTDX
Microham is generating it's own data and apparently needs special handling.
There's special code in serial.c but only for a specially-named device uh-rig which doesn't work on Windows.

MicroHam devices need retries as they are constantly spewing IF status and improperly terminating the IF response
These particular retries should be rare for other rigs
